The location is perfect for walking to Bourbon Street and Jackson Square. The pool area is really nice for relaxing after a long day. I found the rooms a bit outdated, and the bathroom could use better lighting. Breakfast was decent but could have more variety. There are plenty of tour options nearby, which is a bonus.

The location is perfect for romantic strolls. Staff were helpful with suggestions for dinner.

It's not the cheapest place, but worth the money.

Beautiful courtyard. Nicely furnished rooms. Breakfast options plentiful and varied – appreciated the rotation. Staff are a definite highlight. A tall, professional man welcomed us; his attentiveness set a high standard. Cinnamon and David at the front desk radiated positivity, making us feel valued. room size was cramped for a family of four, and outdated facilities need attention. The TV had issues, and phone reception was lacking. Limited parking was inconvenient. A suggestion: expand snack offerings for added convenience. The location is strategic, but the experience feels inconsistent. A bit more polish, and this place could truly shine.

Location is perfect, just a few blocks from Bourbon Street and walking distance to culture tours. The breakfast is decent but could use more variety. Room size is smaller than expected and some fixtures feel outdated. Pool area is a nice touch for relaxing after long days of exploring.

The Best Western Plus French Quarter Courtyard Hotel offers a cozy atmosphere, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant courtyard. Its location is ideal, nestled near the French Quarter yet peaceful. Breakfast is delightful, featuring rotating cooked options and do-it-yourself waffles that are a tasty treat!

The courtyard was lovely, and the breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide range of fresh options. Rooms were spacious and beds super comfortable, though they felt a bit dated. The staff truly shone, friendly and accommodating, but some amenities needed attention—a musty smell lingered, and the bathroom door didn’t close well. While the parking was convenient, the space was tight. Minor hiccups like a sticky remote and dim lighting affected the experience. It could use a refresh, but the charm and location made it worthwhile. Just be mindful of cleanliness and service consistency.

Whether you're exploring the waters on kayak tours or soaking in the vibrant local festivals like Jazz Fest or Voo-Doo Fest, this hotel's strategic location makes it easy to dive into the heart of New Orleans' culture.

My wife says that improving the kids' play area would enhance family stays.

This hotel is just a short stroll away from Bourbon Street and all the amazing attractions like Jackson Square and the St Louis Cathedral which made it super easy to spend our days walking around soaking in the beautiful city sights and enjoying the local cafes and shops the room was clean and comfortable with a lovely pool area and breakfast that was decent enough to fuel our adventures but I would say the elevator could use some improvement since it was rather slow.

Oh man, where do I begin with this Best Western hotel? The ironing facilities were pretty standard, nothing fancy. Now, the heating and air conditioning in the room were on point. I could adjust the temperature just the way I liked it, which was a huge plus for me. I was a bit disappointed about the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room. I like to have a nice hot cup of coffee first thing in the morning, so that was a bit of a bummer for me. The sitting area in the room was cozy, and I loved the garden furniture outside. It was a nice spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. As for the amenities, they provided free toiletries, which was convenient. I also appreciated the alarm clock, direct dial telephone, and flat-screen TV in the room. The carpeted floor was a bit worn out in some areas, but it didn't bother me too much. The housekeeping did a good job of keeping the room clean, so that was a plus. One thing that caught my attention was the lack of tours/ticket assistance. I like to get recommendations on what to do in the area, so it would have been nice to have that service available. my stay at Best Western was decent.

The room had a comfortable bed, perfect for a good night’s sleep. Temperature control was efficient, maintaining a pleasant environment. cleanliness left something to be desired, especially in the bathroom where mold was visible and dust accumulated. Noise from the corridor was occasionally disruptive, affecting our sleep. The mini fridge was a handy addition, though the lack of proper maintenance was apparent. The overall ambiance felt outdated, but the courtyard offered a pretty view. Despite some issues, the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

Great location close to popular attractions. The room was unexpectedly quiet and cozy, and the pool area was a nice place to relax. The breakfast provided enough fuel for a day of exploring in the city.

The bathroom door was a struggle to close, which was inconvenient for privacy. The bar downstairs was never staffed, so enjoying a drink by the pool wasn't possible.

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll from the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. The staff were super friendly and provided great dining and activity recommendations. I loved the breakfast options, including the convenient tea and coffee facilities in the room. the little pool was a nice touch for a relaxing evening after exploring the city.

The WiFi signal was spotty in some areas of the room, and the rooms could use better sound insulation. The dim lighting made it challenging to read, and the cleanliness could be improved.

We hit up Kayaking and boat tours and the local festivals were off the hook. So much fun - living our best teenage lives!

We wished for a more happening nightlife scene near the place.

I felt like a fancy local surrounded by charming old buildings. The seasonal pool was a delight! The front desk saved me from making decisions. What more could a posh lady ask for?

Who doesn't enjoy a faint whiff of musty carpets and a falling chandelier? A truly unforgettable experience!

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They were always smiling, polite, and incredibly helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the NOLA action, but without the noise that comes with being directly in the French Quarter. The courtyard was stunning, definitely worth upgrading to a room with a balcony overlooking it. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that saved us hundreds of dollars.

Saturday night there was a loud party that went on late into the night, but it didn't bother us too much since we were prepared for the lively atmosphere of New Orleans. The only other minor issue was the quality of the toilet paper, which could definitely use improvement.

the hotel was super clean and close to everything we needed – just a few blocks from armstrong park - french quarter, and treme quarter. the staff helped my husband with a flat tire and the breakfast was great.

Would definitely recommend.
